Kathy enjoys spending time with family and friends, cooking, anything outdoors and riding her Harley: whether it’s a short trip or long one. ![]() Kathy excels in financial forecasting and analysis, budget creation, contract negotiations, HOA document interpretation, and managing the day-today operations of multiple communities. Kathy enjoys working with homeowners and Boards of Directors as there is never a dull moment and something new every day. She began her career in Commercial Property Management in 1998 managing high-rises in the downtown Nashville area and Knoxville, TN as well as Lexington, KY. She then moved to Multifamily in 2005 and has been in Homeowner Association Management since 2008 bringing 14 years of experience to the table. Originally from Pennsylvania, Kathy moved to Tennessee in 1995. She loves the outdoors, loves riding her Harley, hanging out o customer service, Financials/Budget and loves solving problems. ![]() Pauline has a passion for document Interpretation. She is dedicated, honest, determinant in all aspects of and goes above and beyond to satisfy the client and customer. Pauline brings 31 years of property management, customer service, and client retention. Shortly after she decided to transition into the Homeowners Associations as a HOA manager. She has 20 years experience in the multifamily housing Industry. ![]() Pauline was then promoted to Junior Regional Manager overlooking multiple Apartment Community and staff. Pauline has managed Apartment communities with 100 to 300 units. She completed a college degree through TCC and achieved a certification for Property Management and her first position as a Community Manager was to manage an 80 Unit Apartment Community. She began her career in Washington State in the multifamily housing Industry as a cleaning person and was determined to move into a Property Managers Position. Pauline is Originally from Pennsylvania but was raised in Germany.
